What are we waiting for?

There are some necessary steps to take.

Perhaps these are all boring paperwork stuff, but important information to share.

• First of all, we must have enough funding to initiate the project.

• And before anything, we have to deal with all the legal matters, and apply for all kind of licenses, etc.

• Then,  before acquiring the land, a Site Assessment  must be performed. 

• Only after the 'Analysis of Environmental Effect' Report, we can think of realizing our dream.

All these things cost a lot of time and effort, and ask us all to have patience.

Latest Not so Good news

December 24:  An initial site assessment resulted in a negative outcome.

There is a small river, (named Tukad Kutul) next to our planned property, and the local regulation states that construction is prohibited within 50 meters of the riverside.  The length of the river connected to our planned property is 110 meters, meaning we will have 55 are of unusable land.

This implies that we will must find a site adjacent to our intended plot.

This coming week we will have new talks with the landowners.

And then?

Currently, this website is only for you, friends, and for friends of friends, and for aquaintances,  who all have shown interest for this project.

This website is not open for public yet, therefore we have not shared our contact-details yet.

As soon we have the signal for a "Go",  we will formalize this website, and we can start the Registration process , and then open it for the general public.
