This is where you will have your parties, events, meetings, etc.

The 12 m × 12 m center section is used for meetings, dancing activities, or other events
Optionally, sliding doors can be used to close this section, to prevent noise for the surrounding houses.
Around this central section, is a 3m wide open terace.
